We are committed to quality, value and service. We support local farms, source fresh ingredients, and buy seasonal produce. We are at the Calgary and area Farmers Markets weekly selecting our ingredients to be used in our delicious, made-from-scratch recipes.
Diner Deluxe is a proud supporter of local artisan bakery Urban Baker. They produce our pastries and desserts as well as the bread used in everything from our Chocolate Sourdough French Toast to the buns for our burgers.
Since we make most everything from scratch we are able to accommodate lifestyle and dietary needs. We offer gluten free options for our sandwiches and burgers in addition to our famous Eggs Benedict and Classic Mac & Cheese. All of our gluten free bread is made by Calgary’s own Care Bakery. Whether vegan, celiac, or vegetarian we want to provide you with a delicious meal. Just let your server know. We’re foodies too.
